I am always able to collect and send my parcels, but the staff who are normally there are not very friendly. They act like you are inconveniencing them by coming in, and they are never happy if you try to get help when they are busy on their phone.

There is an blond woman working there who behaves very rudely, as if she is being forced to do her job. When I say I have a package, she asks, ‘Are you sure?’ — of course I’m sure if I’ve come there. She is not even willing to check. Extremely rude and truly disappointing.”
